Deep Cleaning

Most home deep cleanings take between 3 and 6 hours, depending on home size and condition. A small one-bedroom condo may take 2 to 3 hours, while a larger four-bedroom home with multiple bathrooms typically takes 5 to 7 hours. We provide an accurate estimate over the phone or by email — no in-home visit required.

Regular cleaning maintains a home that's already in good shape — surface dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom and kitchen wipe-downs. Deep cleaning is a top-to-bottom reset that addresses areas a regular clean skips: baseboards, ceiling fans, blinds, grout, vent covers, light fixtures, door frames, and under furniture. Inside the oven, inside the fridge, and behind appliances are part of our move-in / move-out cleans, or available as add-on services on request.

Yes. We exclusively use plant-based, non-toxic cleaning products that are safe for pets, children, and people with allergies or chemical sensitivities. Our products are effective without the harsh fumes of conventional cleaners — you can return to a freshly cleaned home without worrying about residue or smell.

You will receive an email reminder the day before your scheduled cleaning service. This will confirm the date, time of arrival and the address of the property. While we give an exact time, please allow a 30 minute window in case of traffic, road accidents and other unforeseen circumstances that are out of our control.

Cleaning services are scheduled in advance and to move an appointment around, we require at least 12 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. A fee of $40 will be due prior to your next appointment. The reason for this is that with a fully booked schedule, we aren't able to book anyone else in, so if we have a last minute cancellation, our cleaners make less money that day and we may lose out on new business. There are a few options to choose from to allow our cleaners entry into your home or office.

You are present during the cleaning service. We give an estimated time of arrival via email the day before. If no one is home when the cleaners arrive, a cancellation fee of $40 will be charged.

You provide us with a key which will be kept securely in a lock box only to be used at time of scheduled cleaning service.

You provide us with the door entry code to enter the premises.

We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your cleaning service. If for any reason you are unhappy with the service you have received, please give us a call (941) 923 1717 within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will return to re-clean the area at no additional cost.
